Site plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
